Dim Sum and Then Some Success

IDHA's first annual cooking demonstration event was a huge success!

IDHA's first annual spring fundraiser, Dim Sum and Then Some, was a great success! 150 guests filled the New Hong Kong restaurant to support IDHA, and to learn Maxine Chan's secrets to cooking authentic dim sum cuisine at home.

The evening was filled with learning, eating and giving, as guests learned about IDHA's beginnings from Elaine Ko, IDHA's first exective director.  Guests went home with a full stomach and a recipe book of the delicious food prepared that evening that was designed by Branden Leung.
